Ayisha Gomda is a dedicated academic professional with a strong background in lecturing, research, and administration. She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Sustainable Agriculture at Tamale Technical University, where she delivers lectures, supervises student research, invigilates examinations, and contributes to community service initiatives.
Her teaching career began as an Assistant Lecturer in the same department, as well as in the Department of Media and Communication Studies. In these roles, she provided academic mentorship, conducted research, and played an active role in student development.
Beyond academia, Ms. Ayisha Gomda gained administrative experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the University for Development Studies, where she handled staff leave processing, document management, and internal communications. She has also worked as an Intern at New Energy, contributing to community engagement, data collection, and research projects.
Her research interests focus on agriculture, disability studies, and education, and she has presented at international conferences and published in reputable journals. Ms. Ayisha is also an active member of professional organizations such as the Ghana Association of Agricultural Economists, the African Studies Association, and the African Association for Precision Agriculture.
