School Licensing

NaSIA is the Agency under the Ministry of Education, responsible for the registration and licensing of new and existing Pre-Tertiary Educational Institutions (PTEIs). All PTEIs seeking to operate in Ghana must apply for authorization to operate from NaSIA and be granted a Provisional License valid for a year and subsequently a License. The License is valid for four years and renewable biennially, at least three months before the start of a new academic year.
Additional information about the licensing of PTEIs can be found in the School Licensing Policy.
